Receiving a Document Signing Request

To access a document signing request, the recipient simply clicks on the 'Access Document' button in the notification email and enters (or sets) their 4-digit PIN. For example:

 

 

 

The recipient is taken direct to the branded signing request within their own area in the secure Keepd® environment, where they can securely open the document to sign or edit. For example:

 

 

 

Click on the signature box, to create a signature. For example:

 

 

Next position the signature in the signing box and hit save and then close to complete the signing. For example:

 

 

You will then be taken back to the original email with the newly signed document attached where you simply reply to return the completed document back to the sender. For example:
