Deliver and file documents and send messages securely to your clients

To deliver a document using your corporate email account, simply compose an email, attach the document, and include '#deliver' anywhere within the email heading or body.  

To deliver and file a document in a specific folder include ‘#deliver #folder Folder Name’. The email example below will deliver the email and file the document in the folder ‘Monthly Statements’.

Alternative keywords:

'#deliver-all' will encrypt both email content and attachments to all recipients - this includes both personal email accounts (and business accounts which do not support TLS email) and business recipients;

'#deliver-attachments' will encrypt attachments only to all recipients - this includes both personal email accounts (and business accounts which do not support TLS email) and business recipients;

'#deliver-reduced' will encrypt attachments only to personal email accounts (and business accounts which do not support TLS email);

'#deliver-plus' will encrypt both email content and attachments to personal email accounts (and business accounts which do not support TLS email) and encrypt attachments only to business recipients;

'#deliver-none' will send a normal email without encryption but will create a record of that email in the Keepd® portal.
