A brief introduction to StayPrivate Document Delivery

StayPrivate Document Delivery is a secure electronic written document and message delivery platform. It enables you to transfer documents and messages securely to clients online.

StayPrivate is used by thousands of companies worldwide to communicate with their clients, customers, associates and partners. StayPrivate is used by companies and organizations in almost any sector you can think of, but the four best-represented sectors are financial services, accountancy services, social services, and legal services.

 

Getting started

To get started with StayPrivate Document Delivery, simply follow the steps below. Step 2 (configuring your DNS settings) is recommended but not necessary. When the DNS is configured, email notifications triggered by StayPrivate will automatically be sent using the sender's actual business email address rather than a StayPrivate email address. Having said this, the service will still work perfectly will without the DNS configured.

As well as sending direct from their business email account, your users can also use the service by logging into the secure Keepd® portal at https://app.stayprivate.com/.

 

Administration

All administration is handled in the admin portal, available at https://admin.stayprivate.com/. Note that, to ensure full data privacy, the admin portal is completely separate from the secure Keepd® communications portal (which you can access at https://app.stayprivate.com/).

You can use the admin portal to manage various settings, to keep track of usage, and to create additional admin users. There is no charge for admin users.
