Mail Server Setup

To configure your mail server to work with StayPrivate, please follow the instructions below. (You will need to have Administrator Access to your email server.) 

These instructions describe how to set up a Microsoft-based mail server using the automated set up process. If you have a different type of mail server, or would rather set up the server manually or via PowerShell, further information is available in Admin Portal - simply follow step 1 below to access.

 

 

1. Log into the Admin Portal at https://admin.stayprivate.com/login, and select ‘Server Setup’ from the left-hand menu.

 

 

2. Click ‘Configure

 

 

3. Select ‘Automatic Configuration

 

 

4. Copy the code and then click ‘Authenticate

 

 

5. Paste the code into the Microsoft pop-up window

 

 

6. Select your Microsoft exchange Administrator account to sign in

 

 

7. Click continue to sign in and close the pop-up when prompted

 

 

8. You will get five green status ticks and the ‘Setup Compete’ message to confirm successful configuration.
