All Client Communication users, both Micro-business and Professional, can use the Keepd® portal to send encrypted emails and document signing requests by following the steps below. (For a full rundown of all the other functionality in the Keepd® portal, see here.)
1. Sign via mobile or desktop app or go to https://app.stayprivate.com/
2. From the ‘Home’ screen, select ‘My Emails' and click on ‘Compose’
3. Enter the recipient email address, compose the message, attach any files, and hit ‘Send’
4. Select for example ‘Private email’ and then hit ‘Send’.
5. The encrypted email is sent by StayPrivate, a record appears in ‘My Emails’ and is automatically filed in the private channel with the client.
